the apartment is nice right by the nearby beach, the walled old town and the trail head for mt and a grocery store. it has particularly good and fantastic setting on lokrum island. it has amazing views over the sea and old town-ideal for breakfast and sunsets.

Perfect location, close to old town and with stunning views of the island and city. Spacious and airy apartment with twin balconies. Friendly and helpful hosts. Convenient shop nearby. Plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. Public transportation easily accessible. Great option for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was perfect and excellent on the island of Lokrum. Moreover, it was 5 minutes' walk to Banje.

Nice apartment with everything you want so close to Banje beaches as well as the bus station. There's views over sea and old town. For dessert lovers, there is Biker's Caffe 500 metres away.

The location offers stunning views of the Adriatic and the old town wall, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. the host Marija is hospitable and kind, even offering organically grown grapes from her garden. the apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a charming living room and a large terrace to enjoy the changing and wonderful view. the cable car station and a small supermarket are conveniently located on the same street.

The view from the apartment's balcony was breathtaking and the location outside the crowded city was peaceful. the host was kind and thoughtful, providing a bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival, as well as fresh fruits from their garden. the apartment was clean and spacious, with two balconies, a nice sitting area, a fridge, and a washer. the owners were friendly and open to answering questions about the town's history and local families.

This place is adorable and has a great price. The location is perfect, close to the Old City, a convenience store, and the bus stop. The bed is comfortable and the place is clean.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the views of the sea were exceptional, plus the convenience of a nearby grocery store made it even better.

The decoration at Sipa Apartments is simply charming, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I particularly loved the colorful rugs and artwork that adorned the common areas, adding a touch of warmth to the space. The hotel's general areas are well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The common areas are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of seating options for relaxation and socializing. The staff, especially the kind "children" working there, were always ready to assist and made me feel extremely welcome throughout my stay.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have handrails installed along the stairs leading to the apartments. This would provide additional support and stability for those who may have difficulty navigating stairs.

One minor downside mentioned by guests is the lack of a sun lounger on the balcony.
